Problem :

The brand was culturally hot, but structurally cold. There was a strong sense of identity, a growing audience, and a clear read on what people wanted but no system to activate it consistently.

The question wasn’t “what is this?” It was “how do we make it move?”

Solution :

I built the foundational brand strategy, event systems, creative ops, merch plans, and monetisation structure to support growth without killing the vibe. We launched Tiny Sesh, formalised long format episodic content, created modular content formats, and started building FGW as a platform, not just a page.

Every new output was designed to reinforce the brand and open new commercial lanes.

Challenge :

The biggest challenge was keeping the tone intact while scaling the backend. The audience doesn’t want polish but the business still needs process.

I had to create structure that stayed invisible, so the output felt as wild and effortless as ever even when it was deeply planned.

Summary :

FGW is no longer just a meme page it’s a functioning brand platform with real cultural and commercial weight.

This project reflects how I work best: partnering with existing momentum, shaping it, and building the systems that turn vision into repeatable output.
